§1 Intermediary Services
Dyopson is a brand of Zero Group Medikal Tekstil Ä°thalat Ä°hracat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Åžti., based in Antalya, Turkey.
We act as an intermediary between buyers from Europe and suppliers/manufacturers from Turkey.
Dyopson itself is not the seller of the offered products, but supports both parties in the secure and transparent handling of orders, payments, and logistics.

§2 Process of Cooperation
The buyer and the supplier/company agree on the essential contractual terms, such as:

Prices
-
Product requirements
-
Delivery times
-
Payment terms
This agreement must be communicated to Dyopson.
We confirm the agreement with the supplier, review all details, and only officially release the process after our approval.
Payment is made exclusively to Zero Group.
Payments must not be made directly to the supplier in order to ensure the buyer’s security.
After receipt of payment:
-
For stock goods, the goods are prepared for delivery.

For production orders, the supplier begins manufacturing.
Payments to the supplier are made in stages to ensure complete production and quality.

§3 Quality Assurance
Upon request, Zero Group can carry out a quality inspection of the goods.
Full payment to the supplier is only made after:

completion of production,
-
successful quality inspection (if requested),
-
written confirmation by the buyer that the goods meet the agreed requirements.
§4 Shipping and Customs
Shipping and customs clearance are organized by Zero Group to ensure timely and smooth delivery to the buyer.
§5 Legal Support
In the event of a dispute, Zero Group can provide the buyer with an experienced partner lawyer in Turkey upon request.
The costs for this shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise expressly agreed.

§6 Disclaimer of Liability
Zero Group shall not be liable for:

misunderstandings or incorrect information between buyer and supplier,
-
technical failures or delays beyond our control,
-
damages resulting from direct communication without our knowledge.
Zero Group is only liable in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

§7 Applicability of Terms
By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
No separate signature is required.

§8 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction is Antalya, Turkey.
